Lizii.com ("we", "us", "our"), a global full-range e-commerce platform headquartered and registered in Hong Kong, China, with branch offices and overseas warehouses worldwide, including facilities in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Tianjin, Hong Kong (China), Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and the United States, is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and authentic global community.

Our community features – including Customer Reviews, Product Review Images, Product Review Videos, and other user engagement tools – are designed to facilitate genuine feedback sharing, product discussions, and mutual support among our global users.

These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") outline the expectations for all users participating in our community, ensuring a positive experience for everyone. By engaging with any of our community features, you agree to comply with these Guidelines.

Important Notice: We are under no obligation to actively monitor all user-generated content. We reserve the right, but not the duty, to review, moderate, or remove submitted content at our sole discretion.

By submitting content to our community, you grant Lizii.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content for platform operation, marketing, and promotional purposes.

1. Community Integrity & Enforcement

We take the integrity of our community seriously. Any attempt to manipulate community content or features – including submitting false, misleading, inauthentic, or artificially inflated content – is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

· Fake reviews
· Coordinated review posting
· Incentivised biased feedback
· Using multiple accounts to skew ratings
· AI-generated deceptive testimonials

If we determine that you have violated these Guidelines, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

· Removing violating content
· Restricting your access to community features
· Suspending or terminating your account
· Reporting repeat or severe violations to relevant authorities (where applicable)

We encourage all users to notify us if they suspect content manipulation or Guidelines violations. Our dedicated team will thoroughly investigate all reports and take prompt, fair action to address concerns.

2. Be Helpful & Relevant

Our community is intended to provide valuable, relevant information to users seeking insights about our products and services. All content you submit must be based on your honest, first-hand experience and directly related to the subject matter (e.g., Customer Reviews must focus on the specific product purchased, its quality, performance, and usability).

Irrelevant content – including off-topic discussions, spam, promotional material (unrelated to product feedback), or content that does not contribute to meaningful user engagement – may be removed at our discretion.

3. Respect Others

Lizii.com values diversity of opinions and strives to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for all users, regardless of their background, identity, or location. While you may disagree with other users' perspectives, your participation must always be respectful. In particular, you must not:

· Post content that is libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inflammatory. This includes using obscenities, profanity, or expressing hatred, discrimination, or intolerance based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic – including promoting organizations or ideologies that espouse such views.
· Post content that is obscene, pornographic, lewd, or contains nudity, sexually explicit images, or inappropriate sexual content (see Section 4 for exceptions related to eligible products).
· Invade others' privacy. Do not post or share third parties' personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, ID numbers, social media profiles, and similar data) without explicit consent. You may not share links to phishing sites, malware, or other harmful destinations.
· Impersonate other individuals, organizations, or Lizii.com staff, or falsely misrepresent your identity, affiliations, or experience.
· Engage in spamming or harassment, including repeatedly sending unsolicited messages, requests, or content to other users.
· Attempt to drown out or suppress others' opinions, including by posting from multiple accounts, coordinating with others to flood discussions, or engaging in repetitive, unconstructive posting.
· Engage in name-calling, personal attacks, or ad hominem arguments, even if you disagree with another user's perspective.

You may question others' beliefs, opinions, or expertise, provided your feedback is relevant, respectful, and non-threatening.

4. Sexual Content

Certain sex and sensuality products are permitted for sale on Lizii.com, and we encourage users to share honest, relevant feedback about these products. However, we restrict explicit sexual content to ensure a comfortable experience for all community members. Nudity, sexually explicit images, or graphic descriptions of sexual activity are prohibited, even when related to eligible products. Feedback about such products should focus on quality, functionality, and usability, rather than explicit content. Content featuring minors in any sexual context is strictly forbidden without exception.

5. Infringing Content

You must not post content or engage with the community in a way that infringes upon the intellectual property (IP) or other proprietary rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright-protected content (e.g., images, text, videos), trademarks, patents, or trade secrets. You may only post content that you own or for which you have obtained explicit, written permission from the rights owner. Violations of this section may result in content removal and potential legal action, in line with our Intellectual Property Policy.

6. Illegal Activity

Content that encourages, supports, or promotes illegal behavior is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

· Content advocating, threatening, or joking about physical harm, financial harm, or violence to yourself, others, or animals – including terrorism, hate crimes, or self-harm.
· Content promoting or offering fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions (e.g., make-money-fast schemes, pyramid schemes, phishing scams).
· Content that trivializes or encourages self-harm, harm to others, or illegal activities, even if posted as sarcasm.
· Content that encourages the dangerous misuse of products (e.g., using electronics in unsafe ways, misusing beauty or health products).
· Content related to illegal drug use, underage drinking, child abuse, or any other activity prohibited by international law or the laws of the user's jurisdiction.

7. Miscellaneous

These Guidelines apply to all user-generated content on Lizii.com's community features, including but not limited to reviews, images, videos, comments, and messages. We reserve the right to interpret and enforce these Guidelines at our discretion, and to update them from time to time to reflect changes in our community, technology, or applicable laws. Updated Guidelines will be posted on our platform, and your continued use of community features after updates take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Guidelines.

These Community Guidelines are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Guidelines shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, China.
